Hello folks, can anyone suggest? Date of medical pass on GCKey is Nov 15, 2018 but actual date is June 20, 2019 (date of 2nd Chest Xray). I have asked for date to be updated using web form and email but there has been no response. Assume the validity will be Nov 15, 2019?

Hello, Just received a note from New Delhi immigration office that my dad's visitor visa to Canada has been 'de-activated' given the active pulmonary TB. Is this normal - the results of sputum test done on April 12, 2019 are still pending?
