You are right Richi. 4-5 days back my consultant confirmed me that one of his 05-Dec (app. recvd.) client has got PER on 23rd-Feb......... Those CIC agents will do anything to keep away from calling them........... We can only prey to GOD. Lets hope for the best..............

My agent has informed me that one of his client dated 05-Dec-2014 has received his PER two days ago. And if you would have checked, then as per last update at around 07/08 December-2014 the NOC 2281 cap was 430(PER)+285(Complete application pending for PER)=715

@Abhi_86, I am also a NOC 2281 applicant. Two days back, my agent told me that one of his client dated 05-Dec-2014 has got his PER. So, lets hope for the best and pray that our NOC doesn't get full.

Don't know, what CIC is doing. Just called CIC, call was answered by Wendy, she was saying that applications received on 24th Dec are not yet opened.

I am also worried, as I am also a 24the Dec applicant.........not sure if by now cap would have been filled for NOC 2281. As per cic site update in December, status was 430(per)+285(pending review)=715

Please help me with the options to reach to a CIC help desk agent. I am calling on +1-613-944-4000, but not sure about options to reach to a CIC helpdesk agent. I tried different options, but no success.

@sandeepvaluparambil, I am also a 2281 candidate. My app received on 24the Dec. Two days back my consultant informed me that one of his client with noc 2281 has received PER today. So hope for the best and pray for some room in cap quota to accommodate us.
