hey, i believe they are right! atleast that's what i'm doing.. i'm changing it to yes because i believe it will then prompt the system to ask us to upload nomination certificate after we submit.

Hi guys, I need some help... filling out my application. It's asking to.. Provide all addresses ... I usually go back to my home country for a month or two every summer during university.. do I provide my address in my home country in the address history? I've never spent more than 2 months...

Of course, but for example no employer can show that there are no canadian citizen for an admin assistant position. So what are the likely positions that an employer can convince the government that they can't recruit a Canadian citizen or PR???
