Lol.. No I think it was because I applied quite late in the year and applying the old way would be maybe 13 months processing time so to clear some backlog I believe they were asking if people wanted to apply via EE as that only took 12 days for me to be approved. ;D

Ahh this makes sense now.. sorry I only know how it works for BC PNP. Makes sense they would say you can apply to CIC before March 1st week because Express entry isn't available for Ontario at all.. Looks like you will just have to wait it out and it shouldn't get returned then.
