    System-generated error code

    I experienced the same problem, last 2 days, after I tried explorer, chrome, the world in win7, and Safari, all failed. I tried win8 with explorer 11, then upload the additional document successfully. Don't know if the problem was fixed by CIC or win8. Hope my experience coud help you.

    Already Submitted PR under Express Entry

    Andrew, did you submit the additional doc? I also be asked for CELPIP but I can submit, it gave an error page after I signed and click the submit button.

    Can anyone help or suffering the same problem? Can't submit additional doc.

    After submit the documents under EE, was request to submit more document, such as CELPIP result. But when I uploaded and click the submit button, gave me a error notice, saying " our online services are currently down" . Anyone has the same problem?
