How long did you have to wait after DM to get the photo request email or CoPR?

Hey everyone, while I wait for my spouse's PR, friends of mine are receiving their own PRs (via express entry). I am hearing that the request comes in to ask for your photograph and then PR card comes directly. There is no Passport request anymore.

Friends did you receive CoPR by email or by postal mail? And does the sponsor receive the CoPR email or the Principal Applicant?

Medicals passed on Oct 23 and DM for SA & PA same day... no CoPR yet, almost 2 months in 10 days...

For inland spousal applications, can the spouse (who's inland file is under process) travel outside Canada?
