    WARNING: INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS IN CANADA

i don't really agree with you on this, as I believe many students can apply for PNP once they pass out, if they have 3 years of work permit. They will have enough time to get PNP and apply fro EE.

what will be min cut off point for third draw

I don't think so. People scoring between 600-800 are mostly with pnp/lmio. And i don't think there are that many candidates with pnp/lmio. Once the score drops down below 500, then we can except that the score won't drop that much. Eventually the score should drop at least till 350-400 by end of...

I got 600 points in a sudden this morning-PGWP holder

Not to mention that candidates who are not residing in Canada will be in the same ranking pool as we are because Canadian experience is not giving us that many points. Some of the foreign candidates may even rank higher than us.

I got 600 points in a sudden this morning-PGWP holder

I believe the score will definitely drop below 500, but once it goes below 500 , it would be a tough competition since there are lots of candidates with score between 400-500. And once the score goes below 500, it is no necessary that the score will go down with every draw

    Applicants with scores between 400-450

I got 600 points in a sudden this morning-PGWP holder

But if we calculate our points on CRS over here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp We don't see any 600 points for canadian exp without LMIA

Guessing minimum points for the 3rd draw.

My assumption is that CIC will start issuing more ITA's once the scores drops below 500 in few months, because there would be way more candidates under that score, then the real competition will began when even 1 extra score will matter a lot.

I don't see any reason why you don't qualify for Ontario PNP.
