Called CIC yesterday...the agent confirmed that my application was returned on 2nd March due to CAP fill. :( Coincidental no one must have been available at home to collect it, hence i havent received it yet. the agent dint have any courier details as it was sent thru regular mail service...

hey even i have couriered my application on 18th December NOC 1123; received on 22nd December. Haven't got my DD en-cashed yet... please let me know in case of any update... Thank you :)
