also my representative ordered my case notes at the beginning of november and they still haven't arrived… they sent me the tracking number but it isn't recognized, i called ATIP and emailed them leaving messages but no answer to date. Is this normal?

Common law… I have checked the form, it is correct. My representative tells me its because its been nearly 15 months since i filled it out, Is it normal to ask for extra documents twice? why wouldn't they ask for everything together? thanks Andrew-brit

i Had a similar problem trying to get hold of CIC... Make a skype call from your computer! worked for me! hope this helps

this happened to me too, but my file was returned unprocessed! my immigration lawyer resent the same application stating the issues and asked for speedy process! he calls everyday to chase this for me! can i ask who your lawyer was?

hi everyone, kind of new to this, posted a couple of times on a different thread! Im an outland november applicant... application sent on the 24th. received AOR on the 27th of January, problem was it said AOR for permanent residency class in canada! this seemed odd and as i'm no expert i called...

i did eventually recieve AOR, there is a file no. but no UCI no. think i'll call cic on monday to see what they say! not sure if my file still exists as they returned everything!

and i've double checked all my application forms and i 100% filed outland! even the cover note i wrote in bold OUTLAND APPLICATION

the letter that came with my application said the reason why they have returned my application UNPROCESSED was because i must provide a common law questionnaire IMM5285 and then re submit the complete application. which is a form you have to send for Inland applications... again i filed...
