Hey all! I am 12 April applicant still no response from NDVO no BG started. I did mp enquiries two times before. Just wanted to make sure does mp enquiries cause any delay? As applicant after me are getting updates.

I just got a good job in here. And they are not allowing me vacations. And my husband also want to wait for PR. So m worried.

I have heard from some of my friends that if husband and wife don't Meet for one year period after their marriage, then according to some Canadian law that marriage is disqualified. Is that true. If somebody can put light on it..

Hey folks is it necessary to see your spouse within a year if PR is not done within a year. I got married on 17 Feb 2016. I am concerned now do I have to go back to India by Feb. I recently got job and they are not allowing me any vacations.

Hey Pari123 what is your app file date? Mine is 12 April and no update. Even Background check is not started. All applicants before and after me are cleared, no idea what the heck is happening with my file.

Every MP does that. Call them and ask to email consent form to you and mail them back. I do it over phone only. You don't need there in person.

I know wait is really frustrating and killing me inside. Really want to be together but NDVO uncertain processing is making it worse. Keep it fingers crossed. You may hear something soon

Hey all, I am April 12 applicant. What I think NDVO is picking files according to the file transfer date. As I have seen in one thread 20 April applicant got medical, but his file was transferred soon than mine.

I have seen so many people 4 lines updates on PA side. While I don't have 3 line which says A corresponding email has been sent. Is it the thing I need to worry about?
