    I would say consider one month processing time. And don't worry about when they update it on there website. By doing that you will put yourself in uncomfortable situation and will freak out. So just take it easy. Think that it will take a month to get your ECA (period). I got mine in about a month.

    Yes, DO NOT SIGN BY YOURSELF. Take the original and a photocopy to the notary public. He/She will sign and stamp it. It will cost between $30 and $40. This applies to only Canadian diploma and/or degree.

    You will be selecting option 2. Because HSC is still a (Higher) secondary education. Post-secondary means any education obtained after your secondary education. Hope this helps.
