It depends on which Visa Office you are with. But generally it will not be a long time, many visa offices return the passport within 1 month. I got my visa 1 week after PPR from Rome, Italy. So you should be very happy and you are very close to the end now.

I received my visa in my passport and COPR forms today. Applied Jan 31st 2015 and now finally I am able to enter Canada. It has been a very long, emotional and stressful experience but it is worth it in the end, hang on in there guys!

It is confusing, based on what happened to me where I had a letter saying it was going to Israel after sponsorship approval and it was sent to Rome I am pretty sure Cyprus will be processed in Rome from now on. It is good news because Rome seem to be working quickly:)

Yes I have a letter from CIC on March 31 to say it is being sent to Tel Aviv, I live in Cyprus. I think for you it will be Israel because you are from there. I am very surprised the CIC did not tell me it has changed office. Have you heard from Tel Aviv yet?

I emailed them 2 weeks ago, they replied within 24 hours and said they had not received my application from Mississauga. Hopefully soon they will and we can get started.

Has anyone with a European or Middle Eastern VO received AOR 2 yet? Seems like its mostly Asian countries that have been sent by Mississauga so far.

Any updates for you? It is much slower for us than previous applicants to get AOR 2. I think Mississauga are slow this year.

You are in the same position as most of us, the process is very slow. The people who have AOR 2 and are being processed now are the lucky ones. For most of us the waiting will be long. Last week Mississauga had not even posted my application to my VO.
