    I sent mine to Abu Dhabi and it was received there on April 6th. I just got it back today with the visa on it. The visa was issued on April 2nd though. Good luck.

    I think they normally ask for clarification and reasoning if you fail to provide a requested document. I believe if you explain this, it will work. This is just an opinion.
