Hello po. Bago po ako sa thread na ito. Ask ko lang po kung totoo po bang capped out na ang NOC 1111 last November 2014. Hindi ko na po kase alam gagawin ko. Application ko po was received last December 31, 2014 by Donnie sa Nova Scotia. Pa advise naman po seniors. :( :( :(
