Same here. Got the CIC update email on Oct 31st. Application approved and closed but return tracker not activated yet. I sent them an email yesterday. I am traveling outside the country by mid November and I really hope they mail the passports within the next few days.

All, CIC has requested that I upload the official CELPIP test score report within 7 days but when I login to my account, I don't see an option to upload documents. I am able to see submitted applications and subsequent messages from CIC. How do I go about this?
