Could anyone help me with this, i got a PPR today and it says submit 3 passport-sized photographs with 30 days along with the passports. Anyone know what's the photo requirement? I am not sure is this for Canadian passport or PR card?

Could anyone let me know what's the photo specification for my parents' photo request from experience? I am not sure are they HK passport photo, Canadian passport photo, or PR card photo?

Last time i called them regards question to PCC, they told me i have to contact HK directly, they do not know anything. But I will try to call them tomorrow, but does anyone knows the photo they are requesting, is that passport photo or PR card photo? I know the requirements are different.

They cannot be reach by phone, and the online portal for inquiry takes a few weeks to get a reply. I have no way to ask questions.

forgot to mention application received dated Sep 26, 2014 is for PR, not the original sponsorship application, it was back in 2010 for that one.

Thank you for your opinion, i guess i would just submit the Hong Kong PC first and wait for them to ask for the canada one. I do not know if mailing PP in and out of HK is legal or not, not sure where to find this info.

i sent it through canada post register mail. tracking says arrived, but it's a PO box address so no one sign for it.
