Looks like your file went into second review and this decision has been made. If you have ordered any GCMS notes earlier then you might have a chance to look at the first officer comments. Based on the GCMS comments you can provide any supporting documents to them before they took this decision...

Even i got the notes and observed file is under second review for the Lead statement and/or Main duties. Personally i feel better to send them an explanation letter and any support documents before they take any decision. But i agree they may ask you any support documents even though if you...
