I received the invitation for Oath in my postal box. The ceremony will be on May 31, the end of a long journey. Good luck for the rest of people that is still waiting.

Hello, I successfully passed my test this morning, everything was ok. They said the oath ceremony will be most likely in late March. I live in Kelowna, BC. There is no CIC local offices here, so an itinerant CIC team will come again for the ceremony.

Long time ago since my last posting. Today in the early morning I received an email from CIC, finally I am scheduled to present the test on January12!!!!!

Thanks for your reply. I hope the process goes smooth too. Statistics show that the average from IP to Transfer local office is 10 days, I hope fall within that.

Thanks God, I just received AOR today in the morning, I logged into CIC status, information is not entered in system yet. So not sure if the AOR is for the 1st or for the 2nd submission. Good look for everyone.

Thanks AsianIndian. I hope you have words of prophet. What is disappointing is the answer of CIC´s agents: they said my application is lost, and they don´t know what happened. After hearing them I decided not to take a chance and resubmit again, my 2nd application was received today.

Thanks for your lines. So far, I haven´t receive any mail return. Yesterday I filled/signed the application again, and attached new copies of all required documents, new photos. Even I sent it by a different courier. I hope hear from them soon.

CIC agents consistently suggested me to resubmit, and yes I sent an explanatory letter.

94 days after sending my application: no AOR, no return, Canada Post tracking shows that CIC received my papers on December 19. CIC agent unable to locate my application, and suggested me to resubmit. I resubmitted today. Uffff.

I am in the same boat, sent my app in Dec 17 via express post. Nothing received yet. I called CIC twice and both agents told me to wait until next week, if nothing happens, they suggest to resubmit application, paying the difference, and with a letter attached explaining the situation.

I just called CIC call centre to know the status of my application, and they told me there is nothing in the system yet. However they verified my information in the system against my PR card, and the address they have in the system was wrong, the funny thing is that the wrong address they had...

I am not a psychologist, but have the insight that dressing well shows an internal attitude: being ready for the best. And when you we are ready, the best comes!

Fortunately there is no snow in Vancouver, so I can stay outside for long time. :)

I sent my application on Dec 16th and they received on Dec 19th. I called CIC, and they told me it is too early too receive my AOR, they are still opening applications up to December 8th. I am thinking in wearing a suit, tie, and shining shoes, even though I am a woman. :)
