Urgent help please For surrendering indian passport they are asking for record of landing, I don't have it . Is it mandatory and would I not be able to go ahead with process - I am short of time as I have my flight on 23rd march and have to surrender and apply for entry visa

Can we go to India on entry visa and apply for oci from India and exit after 8 months or should I extend my entry visa . Also there is an option for 6months-1 year entry visa can I apply for it.. Basically looking for options to stay for about 8 months in India

Lol the struggle never ends .. so haven't received an email yet and I called cic and they mentioned the date u c on tracker is not an confirmed scheduled oath date. It is just a placeholder.. So basically unless u get an email the date we see is not a confirmed one. wait still continues ...
