    INDIA. As they mentioned that the request has been forwarded to New Delhi office. However, once they get a Passport request, stamping could be done from any country.

    It's a good plan, travel to Canada and then fill out the PR Portal info. As you are UK citizen, you could travel to Canada without a visa.

    Sure Kumar. They are issuing PPRs for PA inland and dependents Outland however not for PA Outland, not sure why.
