Application Received: 8 dec 2017, AOR1 Feb 1,Medical and additional doc (PCC and Back Ground A )updated: 22nd march, Never received AoR 2, OCT 18 2018 pre-arrival and decesion made. Took me 10 months 10 days. Looks like 10 to 11 months is processing time now.

Does anyone have an idea's about once medical is successfully updated on CIC., How long will it take from there?

Yes, that is confusing a little bit but the missing document is Schedule A and PCC. Have it ready so once u will link your application they will ask for both documents within 2 weeks. You will receive the email regarding it.
