When they don't give any clear answer on the phone, it's probably the same in the emails. I hope you get some vivid answers. I would call them maybe in a week

Congrats buddy, it seems initial process of PhD applications takes longer than other NOCs. While the CC are charged for 15 Dec, we are still around 1! Hope mine is charged soon as well. Dec 8th
