Rossei, some 2015 applications, like CC got charged on Jan 08, have already been approved for sponsorship, and now transferred to LVO. Now LP is much faster than CP for family class immigration.

My guess would be the mailing address. can anybody confirm it? CIC transfer the file to ottawa if the parents mailing address is in Canada

Still better than stay "received on XXXXX". the local office may also speed up if they have too many application waiting in the line. PC said, they will do 80% within 3 years, NDP should be better, so, you 2014 guys should wait for VISA approval before the end of year.....

AOR may be issued after the long weekend for two days. E-Cas will be activated after about 10 days after CC charged. some ppl may get AOR before E-Cas Activated

why dont we ask the CIC about the current waiting time for 2016 intake?
