Just got the invitation for Oath ceremony scheduled on May 13th. Such a relief!!!

I’ve always received a call back when I leave my number. You need to be in Canada though for that service. 8 am and just after lunch time 1 pm usually has less wait time.

Looking at some of the recent posts, looks like multiple oath ceremonies are the plan in the coming weeks. In addition to the one on May 10, seems like there might be more ceremonies being targeted for next week. Fingers crossed.

Got a similar response when I called today to follow up. They mentioned a date but said it would only become official once an email is received. Till then anything could change and it was all tentative.

My officer also replied promptly and was able to get confirmation from Vancouver the fingerprints email was sent an error. Such relief! Fingers crossed now on getting the oath invitation soon.

Congratulations!!! I also took the caution to write to my Immigration Officer about the repeat FP request and if she could provide assistance. Hopefully there is a response soon and an update on the oath invitation. All the best!

Spoke to the call centre this morning, they said another 30 days while they “seek clarification” on this new fingerprint request email. They confirmed fingerprints were received so most likely this email was sent in error. Still does not sound well for our timelines and oath. So frustrating and...

My wife received a fresh FP request although fingerprints were sent back in February and her status changed to DM earlier this month. It still shows as DM on her ECAS. Is this normal? I called and spoke to an agent; I suggest others with DM and waiting do so too. Based on the call I am keeping fingers crossed for some sort of movement next week.

Same here! At my interview the officer said there would be movement max six weeks from the date of the interview and I am closing week 5 now. If I don’t hear anything by this time next week will probably write an email to the same officer to follow up.

it was an unknown number and round about the time of the day I received the last call from CIC .. so it’s all based on intuition really! No voicemail left. Hopefully an email is how they communicate on next steps and they do so some time soon. :)
