It did not work for me when I used UCI# and Last Name –or any other combination, except for when I used Application# and Last Name then I was able to bypass those 2 fields. Go figure...

How it worked for one of my applications: besides specifying the number of family members correctly, I left the City and Country of Birth BOTH blank, and I used Application# and Family Name. Try it.
