I believe you mean the email asked for your passport. In my own case, it took them less than two weeks to send me a pick up request. Although u can never predict AVO, I pray they issue yours faster.

Hello friends, Just checked my ECAS and noticed another line saying that they started processing my application on the 26th of January 2015. Remember, I got PPR on the 27th.
