Its Calendar days. and the call centers number is 1-888-242-2100. You need a lot of patience when u call them. Remember to call them again if you don't get the right answer. They are known to either lie or not tell you the complete information.

No i landed on January 19th and the interview letter gave me the new pictures requirements, so i didnt have to resubmit any photos. Lets see when i actually get it

By the time you land, all of this mess should be cleared out. You will probably have the new pic requirement sent to you. You haven't have to go through this long delay.

You should be fine. Just have to wait. As soon as you hit the 45 days mark, call them up and ask them about the status of ur PR Card.

Hi, i have been told that the card has been dispatched. They say it could take up to Six weeks to get to us. But knowing from previous posts, if they have actually put it in the mail, it should not take more than 4/5 business days. Lets see !!! fingers crossed.

Any who Landed in January received their PR card recently ?

Before you do that, make sure that the picture specification letter you got had the updated specs or the old specs. I landed on January 19th, and the letter we got was a the updated version. It had the new specs on it. We used those specs to get the pictures.

CIC Agent told us that you will know if a PR card and been printed and mailed, by checking on ECAS. So just confirming if that information is correct.
