Yes, you will receive an email from CIC requesting that you apply for your CSQ. I received the email a few days after receiving my AOR.

Interesting news for those of us in Quebec. I just spoke to the RAMQ. As of this Monday (2nd May) they have introduced a new policy whereby you can qualify for RAMQ coverage with a CSQ, OWP AND a full time job. You do not need AIP anymore to qualify for RAMQ.

Good news! I'm a Oct 2nd applicant. I just got off the phone with the CIC. My OWP was approved yesterday and I should be receiving it sometime next week :D

More good news! I spoke to an agent this morning who said there is a note on my file that my OWP is in progress. The agent said I should receive my OWP in the next week or 2 :)
