Hello po, we are based in UAE...i guess kung ang MR na issue while nbi is still within 6months, bka di na irequire...but since our nbi was 7.5month-old when we receive MR, nirequire ulit kmi. Anyway, tayo naman ay nagiinterpret lang. Di rin taaga natin masabi ang basis ng visa ofc.
