Hi canuck78, I landed in the mid of 2016. I stayed in Canada in the first year, away for 3 years, and now I came back for the fifth year. And I'm not planning to move anywhere else in the future. So I believe I'm still on track to meet my RO. I'm located in BC. Thank you for your kind reply.
