14 days, I did it on the 7th. But my pnp is being reviewed atm. They asked me today for more info

Sorry, I meant to say, they have told me several times there is no priority outside of express entry. I only did my langauge test on sat, so I still can't create an express entry profile at the moment

When I've spoken to them, they have said there is no priority, and it is done in order of when its recieved

It depends greatly on a number of factors. Noc code, job offer, skills ( certificates, diplomas, degrees). You need a language test before you can open an EE profile, those results will be a factor aswell. But if you are a good candidate, then yes, it is significantly faster

You can apply for express entry without pnp. If you have a valid certificate, you can add it to your profile. I'm pretty sure the cerificate is valid for 6 months, but I may be wrong on that
