I am on the same boat :( .. been on the same time frame and still showing app received..no update from SGVO! Was hoping for an update sometime this month but if not may be I will try to contact them. Mood is definitely off :(

Wow congrats! Did your ecas status show In process status or the ppr was made right after Medical received? My current status is Application and Medical received but I don't think Singapore VO would be as quick.
