    Interesting question

My husband's mother was born in Ontario, but moved to New York in the 1920's. She had to renounce her citizenship when she became a US citizen. Hubby was then born a US citizen in 1953. How does the law see him? Is there any potential for him to be able to claim Canadian Citizenship?

    Listing Family Members

Working on my out land application for my American husband. He has no children of his own. His first wife had 3 children from her previous relationship, who are all grown adults. The oldest was incarcerated off and on, and my husband hasn't had contact with him since we have been married. (15...

    IMM5532

Okay so maybe it is my old brain, but I understand that my husband and I each need to fill one of these forms out. On his IMM5532, he only needs to fill out his info, or do I need to have him fill out my part of it too. I find this very confusing. It seemed to be a lot easier 16 years ago when...

Here we go again. Sponsoring hubby to Canada from the USA.

No. We are renting a vehicle to drive there. I am assuming that our rental vehicle agreement that shows us returning the car on a certain day will help.

I am a dual citizen. I went through the fiance visa process in order to move to the USA and marry in 2002. We have been happily married for almost 15 years now, but I now have grandchildren and an aging mother that makes me feel that I need to move home. My husband is the US citizen. I am not...
