Has anyone received their PR card for a parent who was living in the country on a Visa? Really looking to talk to anyone who has done it this way. Was it a faster process than applicants trying to apply from other countries?

They kept 14,000 applications (from what they posted on their website) so there are 4,000 applications that won't make the cut. The only ones on the spreadsheet who have reported having their applications returned are the ones with incorrect or incomplete applications.

We are from BC too, so hopefully tomorrow they will get to yours :) It sounds like they have already sent back incomplete or incorrect applications, so it is probably just a matter of getting through the pile to get to yours :)

Does anyone know if having the Applicant in the country helps speed up the PR process? She's done the criminal and medical testing in order to be allowed into the country on her SuperVisa.
