Flurryvan, people applied in 2014,2015,2016 application from Manila visa office some were approved already and some still waiting for their luck. As what other people in the forum say it's a case to case basis...on the otherhand, base on the recent timeline for those were approved they issued...

Oh I see. Can I also get the email address were you send your inquiry if it's possible and I will email them too and how long they email you back? Also when Manila embassy called you is it a international or local Manila phone number or private number. Sorry too many question just want to know...

Thank you. May I also ask if Manila embassy called you for sending the passport or they send email first before they call you to submit it. I keep checking email for quite sometime now but no luck yet wondering if they will also give a call instead of sending email about passport request.

Dell2 It Depends. To qualify as a sponsor he/she must need to get the income requirements for 3 consecutive years prior for sponsorship. I believe the link is in the cic website about the required income.
