Thanks. But when I checked the cic website around Nov5th (my application received date), it was still around 600. I remember seeing it reached the cap by Nov 10th. I was hoping that it was with in the cap.

Hi, My application received date NOC 2173 :05/Nov with DD. When I checked with the bank, they said its not yet encashed. Is there a way to contact CIC? or Should I wait till end of Jan? Thanks.
