Hi ss85, My cc was charged Jan 16. I got the statement yesterday and found $1100 was charged by CIC on Jan 16 already. As I am not the principal holder of the card, the representative refused to tell me anything about my card info. That's why I only waited until I got statement to see the charge.

For those whose app was delivered on Jan 2 and 5, I think the reason why CIC agents do not tell if your app is complete is because they are not allowed at the moment to talk about anything about the status of app, as they received too many calls these days. What we can do is either keep calling...

so glad to know that I do not need to worry about UCI# I missed the cap last year. so this year I tried to make it. my app was sent on Dec. 31 by FedEx. received on Jan. 2nd 11:33am. no cc charge yet.

I thought clientID should be left blank for the people who submitted the application for the first time!!!!! I thought it will be assigned after they set up my file!!!!! what a misunderstanding!!!!!
