:o :o decision made!!!!! how is that possible..? we are still waiting on that rcmp fingerprint check they requested! I guess it's a conditional positive decision made? Hoping the rcmp fingerprint thing comes soon so we can send it off. I was not at all expecting this!!

Yes that's right we included them with our initial application. I wonder whether we had done them incorrectly, or if they "expire".

Ah, I looked it up. It is 6 months here in BC, but unfortunately 3 months in NB.

How long have you been in Canada? From what I have been told, one is allowed to drive on their foreign licence for up to 6 months.

Pretty rough though :( but really can't complain, glad we have the opportunity to do this. Unfortunately my partner just had to change his status to visitor, so 10 months twiddling his fingers and being unable to leave the country doesn't sound great. Hoping things go smoothly for you!

As a sponsor I've been unable to access Ecas with my info, only as the PR using my partner's date of birth and last name. I've tried both the application number and UCI (with hyphen and without). Didn't realize that both should work, hence my confusion! So no not sure when we got DM for this...

I'm not following... Our Ecas hasn't changed at any point since we received AOR, aside from showing that meds have been received. I received the SA email this morning, and Ecas has remained the same.

It wasn't. Ecas still only shows "Application received".
