    That standard will continue to be effective, it was mentioned at the Committee. IRCC will continue to process on time only 80% of the applications.     Did CIC just missed another "deadline" for those applied before April 1, 2015?

    According to the "promise" all routine applications made before April last year should be ready. Today was the "deadline". Oh sorry I forgot. There is no mandatory deadlines for CIC/IRCC.

    Does your address impacts your processing timeline? The answer is YES

    I am starting to see a big correlation between some processing timelines and the local addresses of the applicants. It seems the problem is also where we live in Canada. There are some problematic local offices which create a big local backlogs.
