My MP gave me all these information. Our 2013 files are stuck just because of Chandighar office closed down. This is tha main reason.......

Can NDVO keep anyone's passport for more than a year? Is it legal by Law, since I submitted my passport in Dec. 2013.

SOOOOO many I am one of them. Application Recived -1 Octo 2013 IP - 16 Dec 2014 Remedical - 18 Dec 2014 Dont know how much those morons need time. They dont even understans our feelings.

Mine is 17 months running and I am IP since Dec 16 2014. God knows what these people are doing there. This delay is ruining my relationship. I would tell you just keep patience.

If NDVO have not finished 2013 applicaton then how come 2014 applicants are getting Visa.

16 Months are over today and still in precess since Dec.16,2014. I hope NDVO have not lost my wife's passport. Asked MP office for notes on Jan 27, so could anyone tell me how long doest it take to get notes from CIC.
