    Dont think so. For PR holders entering back in Canada, there are self service Kiosks, so you skip a actual in person officer. Plus, I suppose, you will have the old and new passports for your children, so that will establish trail. Once in the country, initiate the process for name change on PR...

    No, you will need a physical address. 1) IF you dont have one to provide at time of landing, you can do it later by visiting ServiceCanada. 2) Give a friends perm address and they will ship it out there.

    This is standard. Its how I got my MR. PCC has a certain validity so if it was submitted at the beginning of the process and has been asked again its purely for that reason. Meds & Payment is the process.

    No, before the final decision, you should get a letter asking why it should not be rejected. If you already know the goof up, be proactive and update NDVO through Case Specific Query.

    Meds & Security check have timelines. 12 and 6 months each I believe. Change in you family composition will trigger these and will also put you file right at the back in the queue.     By paper application, Do you mean FSW? As that has been discontinued by CIC. You can have application in multiple categories, thats ok. Like EE, Skilled worker etc.
