Thanks karankullar, My Lawyer suggested to send a cover letter with all details like UCI #, Application number, from and to addresses in it. As you suggested Canada Post seems to be a better option, I will go with this option.

Status updated to Decision made :) Is it better to send passport through Canada post or Courier ? any suggestions please

Ahh ok.. thanks for the quick reply. As my status updated with third line "Started processing your application", I am expecting PPR this week. Hope for the best :)

Same here.. 3rd line added today "We started processing your application on May 26, 2015" . When can I expect PPR ? I contacted my Lawyer, but she havent received any email till now.

Same here.. I applied in July (AOR - Sep) and forwarded the file to Ottawa office in September. Customer care agent said that 12 months processing time counts from the day Ottawa office received the file. As of my knowledge the processing time counts from the day Sydney office received the file.
