I agree that the spreadsheet hasn't moved after Oct 23rd so if the that category is full then we should get someone to say that there papers have been returned as the category is full. I have been surfing on other forums haven't come across a report which stated that a noc 1111 category papers...

I don't believe the cap for 1111 was reached in december because as per CIC website update of Dec 16 it still showed that 540 odd received+370 odd complete.
