Hello Guys, I just want to thank everybody for their replies. I ended up applying online and thankfully my BOWP was approved. This is my timeline: Jan 12 - Applied online for a BOWP Feb 10 - Received AOR Feb 26 - BOWP app was approved Hope this helps those who are in a similar situation.
