    Re: eligibility Studying simultaneously with foreign work experience is debatable. But I don't know anyone being rejected for that. In fact I know few people who are Pr now and they claimed that kind of experience. I believe you should be good.

    Noc doesn't matter as long as it comes under O,A,B category. And you can provide the required documents to prove your employment. But it is always advisable to stick to one company or Noc as it results in fast processing. Or else it takes longer during background check

    You won't be rejected because of $250. People usually get rejected because of unusual transactions. Or if their balance is way less than the minimum balance

    If you withdraw it takes time to withdraw. But if you do withdrew it won't matter because you got your ppr

    You will definitely get ppr before April 16 if everything goes fine. Also you can always change you status. It won't effect your ee file, no matter whT your status in Canada is or what part of Canada or world you reside. Regarding your daughter you can always renew her passport from Indian...
