Landed yesterday. It was a pretty quick interview but had to wait for around an hr waiting time for the interview. Updated SIN and processed OHIP. 1st day today living in Canada as PR :)

Congratulations!!! I hope we can soon have our appointment date in Etobicoke too. I just talked to an agent, which is really helpful and she did went above and beyond her job responsibility, she opened my file, double check everything, informed/contacted both Etobicoke office for the interview...

how long does it take for the Landing Letter to arrive? CIC sent the letter last September 15, 2015 until now mailbox is empty.

Yes, we got everything this month.

We are really surprise, after we got a temporary number last February, we didn't hear/received anything from them not until last week thru medical exam request. Actually we don't have the AOR email, the only email we got is the medical exam request (september 10) which includes the File Number...

I'm an October 21, 2014 applicant. I do really hope it is approved. Some member here got a decision made and received an email about the interview which i don't have.

hello everyone. Just for an update. My ECAS already showed up Decision Made and they sent me a mail last September 15, 2015. I feel nervous about the decision if it's approve or not.

im also wondering about that too...my passport expiry is 2019 and they only issue 2 yrs for my OWP..as i understand before, the expiry of the OWP will be the expiry of the passport or after getting the PR whichever comes first. please correct me if i am wrong.

i think they used a real 'snail' to send my mail... ;D
