Did you ask any representative in the cic about the timeline? i can see in their website that there are two stages should be added together the 44 months sponsorship assesment and the sponsored assessment which is another long months depends on the country. Based on this info it might take 9 years!

You should know something soon, today or tomorrow. Keep calling them whenever you have time and I am sure you will have a new info. I am praying for you and all the people on this forum who are supportive and very positive!

I understand but if they confirmed that they recieved it then your application is "opened" and your records on their system ... I belive whatever is opened is in the cap if its complete. I think you need to check with them again if its complete or missing anything... that all you need to know.

It sounds like all the applications recieved on Jan2nd through Jan 5th will be accepted by God's will. Because it won't make sense that 5,000 applications recieved and completed just in 1 day!
