    I noticed the same trend. Esp for those who have Filipino spouses. I'm pretty sure they have some sorting process. But who really knows for sure. We can only pray and hope for the soonest approval and be happy for those who already got theirs.

    Nope, based on what I've seen so far the process is much faster if spouse is Filipino, naturalized Canadian. I think they see that relationships are more genuine and maybe less questionable?

    You can file for divorce in Canada. The divorce will be valid as long as it's the Canadian spouse who files the divorce. Yes she can apply for US from Canada.

    AoR to SA is usually 60+ days? I think you mean from time one sends app to CIC upto SA. 60+ days wait from AoR to SA is an awfully long time

    They received ours Feb 23, no AOR or SA yet. Call center can't help. We dont have previous immig files so can't access ecas. Completely clueless. It's stressful
