Hi. You mentioned oinp is issuing NOI to scores below 400 only if there is a job offer. Is that a job offer with Lmia or just a regular job offer? And if its without lmia should you mention it on your Express entry profile?

gm I am awaiting the reopening to apply. can you tell me if I need to apply to wes to share a copy of my eca with oinp while I wait or do I have yo wait until it reopens? it seems like this process could take some time n delay a decision on my nomination.

Hi Can you clarify for me. I had my ECA done from WES from 2014. I believe the process has now changed where I need to make my report available to OINP. Can you explain if I will need to make a request from WES that a copy be sent directly to Oinp?

Guys based on the rounds of invites its clear ppl with low 400s dont stand a chance getting an invite at all. I maxed out at clb 9 so it seems if I want to get invited I may have to consider the study in canada option. Oopnp seems to have given out all the PT invites.

There is one person on another thread who confirmed getting an invite yesterday. Got me curious.
