No, I had not heard anything similar.

My wife had passed her citizenship test on 22nd February and her status is changed to Decision Made. But for my kids, there is no update in the status, still showing as In Process. Am hoping they will get the oath invitation by May 2016.

As per eCAS, Oath letter was mailed on 10th September. Am yet to receive the letter, hoping to get it early next week.

Finally eCAS is updated with the oath invite exactly 2 months after the status is changed to Decision Made. Oath is scheduled for 24th September exactly 9 calendar months since I started my application process (mailed the application on 24th December).

The officer told me to expect Oath letter in 2 to 4 months. She also told me that she will call me if she has further questions on my application.

2 months passed since decision made ... still waiting to hear from CIC. I had called CIC but the agent told me that they don't have any additional information on my file as decision has been made by local office. I will have to wait until I hear from the local office.

Congratulations NOV06 ... Going by your time line am hoping to get some good news in September. My status changed to DM on 10th July. CIC has their own rules/timelines that makes the things more unpredictable, but am hoping for the best.
